Mom & Me: School-age
Let’s keep our kids active! Is your school-age child curious about your yoga practice? Do they want to be involved?
This 60 minute class is designed for Moms and older children (age 5 and up) as a way to learn a basic yoga practice and, more importantly, have fun! Kids (and parents) will be entertained and engaged with fun yoga postures, as well as taught the basics of learning more how to listen to their bodies and calm their minds. This is a perfect way to spend some unique and fun time connecting!
