Using a counted breathwork technique can be a fantastic way to simplify your meditation practice or just get some much needed relief from a moment of stress.
Name and tame the emotion. By naming, we are able to separate ourselves from the emotion. The emotion is not WHO WE ARE; it is simply present in our space. That means the emotion is temporary. The emotion will move on. And we will be okay.
It begins with a professor in front of his class. He holds up a water bottle and asks the class, “How heavy do you think this bottle is?”
